In quanto membro del dipartimento di Industrializzazione e Metodi avrai l’opportunità di efficientare i processi produttivi, implementando miglioramenti in stretta collaborazione con Produzione, Ingegneria e Ricerca & Sviluppo.

Come farai la differenza?

Nel ruolo di Industrialization & Methods Engineer , e riportando all’Industrialization & Methods Responsible, sarai responsabile, per l’area Elettronica/Pneumatronica, della definizione del processo di collaudo di serie, della standardizzazione dei cicli di collaudo e della preventivazione e realizzazione di nuovi banchi di collaudo.

Come sarà la tua giornata tipica?

COLLAUDO DI SERIE

  • Preparazione della documentazione

  • Identificazione dei principali KPI

  • Implementazione specifiche

  • Analisi tempi ciclo e revisione del processo per riduzione tempi

  • Sviluppo/modifica Software di test

BANCHI DI COLLAUDO

  • Analisi capacità di collaudo attrezzature esistenti per i nuovi prodotti

  • Preparazione specifiche nuovi banchi

  • Preventivazione costo nuove attrezzature di collaudo

  • Supporto fornitori offerta banchi di collaudo automatici

  • Supporto fornitori realizzazione banchi automatici di collaudo

FORMAZIONE PERSONALE DI PRODUZIONE

  • Per l’uso delle attrezzature di collaudo e nuovi sistemi di misura

Cosa vogliamo sapere di te?

  • Neolaureato in Ingegneria Elettronica/Meccatronica

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese

  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office

  • Conoscenza dei linguaggi di programmazione (C, C++)

  • Conoscenze pratico-teoriche di elettrotecnica, pneumatica ed elettronica (lettura schemi e utilizzo attrezzatura da laboratorio)

  • Propensione al lavoro di squadra

  • Proattività e curiosità
