This is a job for a Loan Post Closing Specialist position with the company located in Tupelo, MS area.

Responsibilities: Review non-real estate loan documentation for proper completion and set up on loan system and verify compliance with applicable regulations. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Review non-real-estate loan documentation for proper completion and signatures. Review loan documents to system for proper set up. Verify loan documents are completed in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations. Communicate with branch personnel about loan related questions and issues regarding loan platform system, policy and procedures, regulations, and any other general loan questions. Ensure accuracy of renewals, modifications, and other maintenance transactions related to loans.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Close attention to details and good organizational and analytical skills. Ability to adapt to changing environment as workflow is adjusted for regulatory and process changes. Loan documentation and processing experience preferred. Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations preferred.
