VRC Loader

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a VRC Loader. This position will be responsible for safety loading parts onto a moving production line.

What you will be doing:

  • Checks for incoming materials so production is not stalled.

  • Ensures work area is clean performs necessary housekeeping.

  • Must be able to recognize parts that do not meet specifications.

  • Able to stand at work station for a long period of time.

  • Must be able to reject bad materials that do not meet quality standards.

    The skills and experience you need:

  • High School diploma or GED Equivalent.

  • 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and react to changing priorities.

  • Must have strong verbal communication skills.

  • Have basic math skills.

  • Needs to have flexibility with production hours.

  • Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.

  • Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, heat, and cold air.

  • Sustain repetitive motions using arms and hands.

  • Able to maintain a safe working environment that is conducive to productivity.

  • Ability to think and react quickly to changing situations and adjust to changing priorities.

  • Able to work side by side with other production operators.

  • Ensure proper storage and handling of all materials.

  • Good understanding of quality control.
