TM Sales Specialist 1 at Arvest is responsible for supporting the assigned TM sales team by working closely with assigned TM Sales Advisors to enable sales. They leverage centralized resources, conduct some data gathering and analysis, and are developing their knowledge of TM products. They are detail oriented, create pricing pro formas; draft customer agreements and customer proposals; pitch books; and other sales materials.

What Youll Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.)
? Provide support generating new business for TM Sales Advisors with sales related activities including creating pricing pro formas, customer legal agreements, customer proposals, pitch books, and other sales materials. Typically supports multiple assigned Advisors.
? Work efficiently by leveraging all centralized resources appropriately including TM RFP support, TM Risk Management & Contract Assurance, and Brand & Associate Development.
Prepare initial sales contracts for review prior to sending them to customers, following the Customer Focused Banking (CFB) discipline and approach to sales support activities.
? Conduct customer & portfolio analysis to help the assigned Advisor(s) uncover unmet customer needs. Performs the required data gathering prior to analysis. Assistance is available from the assigned TM Advisor(s) and the TM Sales Manager.
Create Treasury Management Reviews, Process Flows, and Account Schematics for TM Advisors to use when meeting with top customers as needed.
? Participate or act as host in TM Advisors absence with client interactions and onboarding in a virtual environment (phone conversation, or web-based video conferencing tool). Monitors team group email folder: qualifying, processing and distributing client requests.
Use data to create templates, projects, and reports to provide more meaningful analysis for TM Advisors to use in sales activities.
Initiates and tracks customer onboarding activities and coordinates when escalation is required.
? Facilitate all policy required risk management activities, such as Payment System Risk Assessments as prompted.
Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the TM products most often sold by assigned TM Advisors, related services, and systems to enable sales.
Coordinate with TM Advisors and produce final Requests for Proposals (RFPs) including responses provided by the TM RFP Specialist, pricing, and executive summary in the format required by the customer for the assigned TM Sales Advisor to deliver.
? Understand and complies with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank\'s BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.
