We are seeking a Maintenance Helper with some knowledge of HVAC, Welding, Hydraulics, and Pneumatics to fill an 8 Hour Shift (7 AM - 3 PM) Monday - Friday. This position will assist maintenance to ensure production machinery runs efficiently with the use of FIIX program. This is a fast paced and high demand environment, where excellent troubleshooting skills are needed. We are a 100% climate controlled environment.

POSITION SUMMARY

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions, which include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Maintain maintenance work order program FIIX.

  • Assist purchasing in stocking and entering new parts in the FIIX program.

  • Assist in inventory control.

  • Must be willing to work overtime as required with production machines.

  • Assist maintenance technicians on breakdowns on occasions, repairs, and installs.

  • Assist and test the operation of machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters and other testing devices.

  • Monitor recorded repairs and maintenance performed.

  • Study blueprints and manufacturers' manuals to determine correct parts and operation of machinery.

  • Record parts and materials used, assist with ordering new parts and materials as necessary.
