Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit candidates in engineering, technical and manufacturing fields.

  • Evaluate candidates through various methods like cold calls, job boards, and social networks.

  • Track candidate progress in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Conduct interviews to assess skills, work history, and salary requirements.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for clients.

  • Negotiate bill and pay rates under supervision.

  • Ensure candidate compliance with pre-hire requirements.

  • Exceed client expectations with timely placements.

  • Cultivate long-term client relationships and develop new business opportunities.

  • Meet and surpass weekly business development goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' engineering industry experience.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • Ability to meet recruiting metrics and performance requirements.

  • Excellent communication skills with candidates and clients.

  • Desire to build a recruiting career with proven negotiation and closing skills.

  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong client service, organizational, and follow-up skills.

  • Quick learner of new software tools.
