Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Manager to play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to delivering the highest quality and safest food products possible. In this leadership position, you will provide strategic direction and oversight for our entire Food Safety and Quality program.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Location: Tulsa OK

Pay Range: $105,000 - $140,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Quality Assurance and Food Safety programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations (USDA, FDA, etc.)

  • Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address potential issues

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Sanitation, Sales, and Operations to achieve quality and safety objectives

  • Analyze data and identify trends to continuously improve quality and safety processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Food Safety, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in food manufacturing, with a preference for Ready-to-Eat (RTE) experience

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge of HACCP principles and FSPCA standards

  • A strong understanding of FDA and/or USDA regulations

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • Six Sigma Certification

  • One or more of the following certifications: Certified Internal Auditor, CIP/Fluid Systems Certified, GMP Audit Certified, Micro Certified, Sensory Certified
