University Village Nursing Home Administrator LNHA in Tulsa, Oklahoma

University Village is looking for an experienced Nursing Home Administrator for our Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing facility. The Administrator is accountable for the overall supervision of the Health Center at University Village. They work under the administrative direction of the campus Executive Director, exercising initiative, independent judgment, and decision-making.

Annual Salary From: $100k + bonus potential

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate is a compliance-oriented, collaborative team and culture builder with a stable work history.

  • Must have the ability to drive desired business outcomes through improved productivity and engagement

  • Must be a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, in Oklahoma or with the ability to transfer license to Oklahoma.

  • Must hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University

  • 5+ years of long-term care leadership experience
