Aerotek Field Service Technician in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Hiring Field Service Technicians!

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, install, and perform preventive maintenance of multi-axis CNC equipment at customer sites throughout North America.

  • Perform machine and software upgrades.

  • Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of the equipment.

  • Properly handle 480VAC and conform to related safety procedures.

  • Interpret mechanical layout drawings, electrical schematics, and bills of materials.

  • Complete required paperwork on time (e.g., service reports, discrepancy reports, expense reports, etc.) on a timely basis.

  • Achieve/maintain Customer Survey Satisfaction rating as established by the Service Manager.

  • Provide technical telephone support, as required.

  • Conduct final product testing in-house, as required.

  • Conform to OSHA’s safety guidelines and follow proper lockout/tagout procedures.
