Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Brick Packing and Palletizing Specialist to join our team. In this role, youll be responsible for arranging and stacking bricks on pallets, moving them with pallet jacks or forklifts, and securing loads for safe transport. Quality control, equipment maintenance, and a strong focus on safety are key aspects of this position. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, physical endurance, and a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities:

Arrange and stack bricks on pallets accurately and efficiently\ Use pallet jacks or forklifts to move pallets and secure loads for transport\ Perform regular quality checks to ensure bricks meet company standards\ Report any defects or quality issues promptly to supervisors\ Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines\ Inspect and maintain packing and material-handling equipment\ Record packed products accurately and assist with inventory as needed\ Work collaboratively with the warehouse and production teams for smooth order processing

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent\ Experience in a warehouse or production environment is a plus\ Proficiency with pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred)\ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills\ Ability to work independently and as part of a team\ Physical capability to lift and move heavy objects as required\ Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions\ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks\ Willingness to wear PPE (gloves, safety glasses, steel-toed boots) and undergo pre-employment drug testing
