Have you Supervised a team of Contact Center Agents? Do you live in Tucson, AZ and are you looking for a permanent position? We are recruiting DIRECT HIRE candidates to join our client's team. Must have experience in motivating, developing and leading the performance of a team of call agents. This is an onsite, second shift opportunity with benefits and bonus potential! Varied 8 hour shifts between 10am - 9pm. Must have previous experience fostering teamwork and managing competencies to qualify for this position.
