Job Summary: Old Tucson Entertainment is seeking a talented, high-energy Scare Cast Coordinator with stamina to oversee talent who will entertain our guests every show night! The Scare Cast Coordinator, in collaboration with the Entertainment Manager, will schedule, monitor, and assess the Scare Cast who work in and around the haunted mazes, scare zones, and other public spaces around the park during Nightfall. The Scare Cast Coordinator will work in a team-focused atmosphere, ensuring the safety and management of the scare team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact between all scare actors and the Entertainment leadership team.
  • Train new scare actors and assist with their acclimation to the job.
  • Organize and schedule the Scare Cast to ensure all mazes and haunts are fully staffed.
  • Train all scare actors to have a safety mind-set, creating a safe work environment for all staff and guests.
  • Responsible for making sure the scare performances run efficiently and smoothly.
  • Communicate and collaborate with Stage Manager, Cast Supervisor, and Entertainment Manager.
  • Report all absences, issues, and concerns to the Stage Manager on a daily basis prior to the end of the day.
  • Knowledgeable of all OTE and AHR policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
