Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of a large, 245+ person contract, performing work at multiple locations, nation-wide. Manage a single complex program or multiple complex projects Interpret and apply acquisition policy Perform project management for system or assigned subsystem(s) Apply and correlate knowledge of multiple disciplines (engineering, logistics, financial management, contracting, and configuration management) to achieve cohesive program/project execution in accordance with assigned cost, schedule & performance requirements Develop and implement program/project plans, budgeting positions, schedules, analyses, and execution strategy Perform tasks for key acquisition phases to include: concept development, design, fabrication, test, manufacturing/production, sustainment, and disposal Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into integrated solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints; identifies and quantifies associated risks Provide higher management with status and decision information on key project issues Ensure contractual needs/concerns are addressed Ensure timely and accurate submission of all report/deliverables Participate in company program reviews Perform technical oversight Communicate cost, schedule, and performance with management Provide guidance/solutions as necessary Other duties as assigned This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

Education/Training:

  • Bachelor\'s Degree in relevant engineering or science discipline required

Experience:

  • 12+ years of professional experience in the required task area
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in airborne test and system integration across multiple fixed-wing and/or rotary-wing and other airborne platforms
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field test management, cost estimation, risk factor identification, and mitigation

Preferred experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station Air Agency certification processes.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience supporting SOCOM-related programs

Security:

  • Must be a US citizen
  • Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI
