Position Description:

This individual will be assisting our client inhelpingkeep track of the paperwork involved in getting us to the point of testing. Some chemistry or lab safety background would be a plus but is not required. Below is the list of tasks they would be helping with.

Job Duties

  • Verify SDS and productlinks
  • Prepare MOCdocuments
  • Follow Up on approvalstatus
  • Updatethechemical statustracker

Order Tracking:

  • Submit quoterequests
  • Enter Aribarequisitions
  • Updatethechemical statustracker

Test Packet Preparation:

  • Print and collateSDSs

Patent Work:

  • Patent/literaturesearches
  • Patent librarycataloging
  • All other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must be extremelydetail-oriented, precise, and accurate in all functions of the position.
  • Must have some knowledgeofMS Office suite, and Ariba (preferred, not required).
  • Must be able to interact successfully with all levels of staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Must be able to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
  • Must be able to passaReference Check, Background Check,and Drug Screen.
