Job Responsibilities:

Under general supervision, the candidate will be assisting and supporting the Quality Engineering role of an assigned project. Responsibilities may include:

  • Review & interpret purchased and manufactured product drawings.

  • Learn defect evaluation techniques.

  • Gain understanding of inspection / quality test equipment capabilities.

  • Review opportunities for improvement and help identify a solution using data.

  • Work closely with production employees & supporting roles to gather data.

  • Work with external vendors / suppliers to support problem solving / solutions.

  • Will be given assignments and projects to illustrate key learnings and knowledge of Quality Engineering Principles.

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be enrolled and pursuing an Engineering degree with an interest in Quality

  • Proficiency in using excel and pivot tables.

  • Good analytical and communication skills required.

  • Must have own reliable means of transportation.
