Our Lead Food Service Worker assists staff in the absence of their immediate supervisor. They help ensure a safe work environment as well as ensure employees take their appropriate breaks. They also help ensure the work gets done by being a valued leader among peers. In this role he/she will ensure critical duties are assigned and completed during each shift. Further they will set an example to co-workers by acting in a professional manner at all times.

While all tasks are subject to final verification by the supervisor or Manager on duty, our leads ensure proper assembly, service of foods, sanitation and safety of service, in all utility areas of the department. It’s a big responsibility… Are you ready for this role?

Demonstrate strong organizational skills

Show courtesy, tact and reasonable speed in the performance of duties

Minimum Requirements:

​ High School Diploma or equivalent

1 + year experience in the food service industry

1+ year Lead or Supervisory experience

Read, write and speak English at a minimum 6’th grade level. Follow written and verbal instructions and complete high school level computational skills

Must be fully Covid-19 Vaccinated

Pay Range:$17.25 - $25.00

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
