Financial Analyst II - St. Mary's Hospital Troy - FT Days

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of month end revenue analysi

  • Preparation and analysis of various general ledger reconciliations

  • Preparation of monthly AR valuation and net patient revenue

  • Provide support with the annual audit process

  • Assist in preparation and analysis of Medicare/Medicaid Cost Reports

  • Account reconciliations, statistical gathering and reporting, cost reports, annual audits, and budgeting.

  • Ability to develop and assist in implementing process improvements.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics is required.

  • Five or more years accounting or finance experience with a focus in analytical modeling.

  • Experience in health care environment with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access preferred.

  • Strong proficiency with MS Office applications especially Excel and Access.

  • Strong accounting, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects/workflow.

Pay Range:$31.50 - $41.40

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
