As a Volvo Courtesy Ambassador, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. This unique position involves managing rental coordination, fleet operations, phone communications, and warranty administration. If you're someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating effectively, and providing top-notch service, this role is perfect for you!
  • Position: Volvo Service BDC Administrator
  • Location: Troy, Michigan
  • Pay: $18-20 per hour

     

Responsibilities:

The Volvo Service BDC Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless service experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Welcoming clients, determining the nature of their visit, and escorting them to the appropriate area or person.
  • Coordinate rental vehicles for customers in need of temporary transportation.
  • Manage fleet operations to ensure vehicles are properly maintained and available for use.
  • Handle warranty administration tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Providing information to appropriate dealership personnel regarding client needs and expectations.
  • Answering phones and addressing client inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Providing administrative support to staff as needed.

     

Qualifications:

  • Proactive thinking to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency to meet customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to effectively interact with customers and dealership personnel.
  • Previous experience in automotive rental coordination, fleet management, or customer service is preferred but not required
  • Active listening skills to understand customer concerns and preferences.
  • An acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
