Job Summary Sales Administrative Support supports various aspects of Mortgage Originations Support team. This position handles many financial aspects of the department's expense management of Third Party Originations and Distributed Retail including reviewing and payment of all invoices associated to this department. The position works closely with internal sales teams, internal departments, vendors and Third Party Customers. In addition, this Sr. Role works closely with Sales Administrative Manager with our facilities department in opening and closing of Distributed Real Mortgage offices in compliance of pre-established procedures. The position assists in cross training and mentoring other employees in the department on job functions.
Job Responsibilities: Expense management reviewing expense reports and vendor invoices. Verifying accuracy of invoices and expense reports to ensure proper procedures are followed and invoices are accurate Working with leadership on the opening and closing of Distributed Retail Locations. Responsible for setting up office locations in the backend systems, website and all other applicable areas. Communication to internal teams for awareness Sales Support in box. Support 3 email in boxes that support all areas of sales under mortgage origination support. Answering questions/directing them to correct areas. This includes not just sales people but external customers and vendors Auditing Home Lending loan centers, Desk Rental Spaces, iPosters to ensure information is accurate. In addition, pricing groups and options to ensure that we have accurate information as all of this can affect financials of the company Various special projects for management team Assisting in Account Receivables with collections and invoicing Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Completes all required compliance training. Maintains knowledge of and adhere to Flagstar's internal compliance policies and procedures. Takes responsibility to keep up to date with changing regulations and policies.
Job Requirements: HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent 3 years in Accounting Support Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel experience preferred Job related experience is not required but is preferred
