Hybrid Design Services, Inc. Senior Quality Engineer in Troy, Michigan

Lead Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Controls Plans, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) processes for Product Launch.  Coordinate the response to customer complaints by putting in containment actions, full analysis, poka-yokes (error proofing), and implementing short-term and long-term countermeasures.  Lead root cause analysis.  Act as a point of contact for quality issues and customer and supplier communication related to quality.  Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility.  Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits.  Support Quality Management system maintenance and audits. Work with Minitab, MS Office, PPAP, APQP, FMEA and SQA. Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of experience required. Work site: Madison Heights, MI.
