TEKsystems Scheduler in Troy, Michigan

Our client, a window and construction company located in Troy, MI, is looking to hire multiple Appointment Setters/Customer Service Reps to start ASAP!

Details:

• Hybrid position

• Must be flexible on hours and schedule!

• Start times available: 8a, 10a, 11a, or 1p

• Must be flexible to work any day of the week (will get two days off each week)

• Schedule will be assigned after training

• 3 month contract to hire

• Bonus structure offered once permanent

Description:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (60-100+ per day)

• Schedule a representative to meet with customer in person

• Inform customers of products/services

• Find out the needs of each customer and ensure we have what they are looking for
