Plan, verify, and improve quality of automated/manual operations processes including printing, fulfillment, and automated insertion, for production of Monroney, safety certification, tire tread, export fuel, and certificate of vehicle labels in Troy, MI plant with industrial thermal and non-thermal printers, and cutting, Burster, and automated insertion machines, and hand fulfillment packaging. Review, and audit printing, fulfillment and automated insertion processes to ensure internal data management processes in internal database platform capture OEM vehicle maker vehicle data fields for labels including VIN number, vehicle type, country of origin, specifications, and tire pressure, and are in compliance with customer specifications including type of paper (void, security, and color), ISO 9001 quality standards, and ISO 14001 environmental (carbon neutral, CO2 and recycling) and employee health and safety standards. Prepare information, act as point of contact in ISO, certification, OEM Q1 Assessment (Ford Preferred Quality Status), SOC-1 System and Organization Controls, and self-assessment and onsite (OEM customers) quality and environmental audits.
