Blue Chip Talent Business Analyst in Troy, Michigan

Job Functions:

  • Conducts business process analyses and needs assessments to align information technology solutions with the business initiatives
  • Performs facilitation processes to drive out requirements from all levels of business and technical clients using group and collaborative methods. Works closely with the Project Manager, Business Leaders and Stakeholder
  • Must be process oriented and results driven. Directly interact daily with internal and external customers, 3rd party vendors, and other groups within the organization
  • Must have experience writing business requirements and developing test cases

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years in Business Analyst role
  • Knowledge and experience leveraging both IT solutions and business process improvements.
  • Experience operating and interfacing with business management, including negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of creating clear, concise deliverables that reflect a deep understanding of business needs and the out of the box software functionality
  • Experience with various development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.
