We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Assurance Manager to join the team in our IT Auditing group for virtual and in office roles. YOUR TEAM. CohnReznick's specialized SOC practitioners focus on conducting SOC1, SOC2 and SOC3 audits for third-party service providers, while also conducting internal control assessments, attestations, penetration tests, and firewall assessments. Responsibilities include but not limited to: * Perform complex analysis and draws meaningful conclusions * Ensure accuracy of reports, evaluate test results and identity/recommend solutions for SOC engagements, as well as IT general controls engagements * Research and resolve significant assurance issues * Perform thorough review of work papers to ensure that procedures have been completed, conclusions have been supported, and firm quality control procedures have been adhered to * Keep current on pronouncements and compliance with GAAS * Contribute technical expertise to assurance engagement teams * Effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concise direction and leadership. YOUR EXPERIENCE.
