Position Summary

This is a unique opportunity to join alphabroder’s Marketing Organization. Here you’ll work with marketers, creatives, merchandisers, and product managers to drive significant business impact. In this role you’ll be responsible for the budgeting, reporting, and management of all 3rd party industry web platforms. You’ll develop and execute strategies to enhance alphabroder’s positioning and placement. You’re right for this position if you have a mix of SEO, paid ads, marketing techniques and a general intellectual curiosity.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a firm pay for placement(click) strategy with our different 3rd industry-only platforms.

  • Monitor and ensure that the Customer interaction with alphabroder is seamless throughout the platforms by consistently reviewing, reporting on, and auditing our products

  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, IT(EDI), and sales to identify areas of opportunity, and develop promotional plans driving to overarching business goals.

  • Leverage analytics and selling data to understand product performance metrics, inventory positions, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of broad-based marketing experience, developing and growing innovative B2B brands, ideally with background in SaaS platforms; B2B media; business intelligence; events; and/or related industries.

  • Has partnered successfully with sales teams, has a strength in demand generation and has shown a consistent focus on supporting efforts to drive revenue and build market share.

  • Expert at translating target understanding and market insight into clear product positioning and benefit-centered messaging and execution.

  • Track record of driving and building strong partnerships with internal groups to support revenue growth.

  • Excellent presentation creation, story structure and delivery experience.

  • Fiercely detailed-oriented with ability to prioritize short-term needs and long-term planning.

  • Strong, demonstrated understanding of ABM, integrated marketing solutions, content marketing, audience and membership models.

  • Experience in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, growth environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree with a marketing emphasis, or other relevant field of study.

  • Highly strategic, but also strong at execution

  • Has instinctive ability to work effectively across the company and across departments.

  • Entrepreneurial approach: nimble, flexible, responsive to changes in the market.

  • Excellent leadership, performance management and internal and external communication skills

  • Reliably capable of critical thinking and having original ideas.
