Rocket Software Senior Partner Marketing Manager in Trenton, New Jersey

Job Description Summary:

The Senior Partner Marketing Manager (Sr. PMM) is responsible for working with Rocket’s strategic partners to develop key marketing programs that drive new business. In this role, the Sr. PMM will not only design and execute marketing campaigns working closely with sales and other marketing teams within Rocket, and partner teams but also will be responsible for defining and/or acquiring partner community support for key Rocket initiatives and conferences. This role is critical in helping to develop and maximize the Rocket’s partner ecosystem to its fullest potential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with partners and internal cross-functional teams to develop and execute solution-oriented go-to-market strategies and plans

  • Develop compelling content, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ranging from trial experiences to customer success stories that reinforce Rocket's and our partners' brands

  • Understand partner ecosystems and develop strong relationships with key partners

  • Be responsible for shared marketing and partner sales objectives (ex. pipeline and revenue contribution, joint customer stories, etc.)

  • Effectively design and execute campaigns working with a global marketing team (email, creative, digital, social media, events, and web channels)

  • Work closely with partner sales organization to influence campaigns and new initiatives

  • Leverage strategic partners in supporting key Rocket initiatives and sales plays

Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years' experience, in marketing with at least 5 years in B2B channel sales, enablement, or marketing role

  • BA or BS Degree, or equivalent experience; MBA helpful but not required.

  • Experience in high-tech or software industry preferred, knowledge of software products and solutions helpful.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills including to senior sales leaders and customers

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities/strong project management skills

  • Working knowledge/exposure to marketing tools such as Salesforce and Marketo

The base salary range for this role is $78,000.00 - $122,000.00 /year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
