[Position Summary:[ The Compliance Manager is responsible for assisting in the oversight of programs operated by the Board to remain in compliance with state and federal guidelines.   • Monitor the Board and its sub-recipients to ensure program and Equal Opportunity regulations are being adhered to.
  • Serve as the recipients liaison with State WIOA EO Officer.
  • Attend training offered by the State Office of Workforce Development.
  • Train local staff on equal opportunity topics and program updates.
  • Assist in processing complaints.
  • Investigate and resolve program complaints.
  • Prepare and submit various program and EO reports as required.
  • Attend required meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

[Experience[: Experience operating grant programs is beneficial. *[Skills[: Proficient in MS Office products, Internet, email.
