KSS Enterprises is looking for a team driven leader for our Warehouse Lead opening at our Traverse City branch. We are a champion in the distribution of janitorial supplies, packaging supplies, foodservice supplies and cleaning equipment that has been growing for over 78 years. This role is responsible for overseeing our team in the warehouse which includes:

  • Assist with managing the day-to-day warehouse activities and team members; this includes shipping, receiving, pulling orders, loading trucks, operating hi-lo, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment and inventory control.
  • Work with the Operations Manager to assist in overseeing that all DOT requirements are being met, policies are adhered to, and training is complete.
  • Utilize our computer programs and coordinate with the customer service and warehouse teams to ensure accurate deliveries -- being computer savvy is a big plus!
  • Assist with truck runs, inbound deliveries and returns, palletizing, and logistics of deliveries all while keeping customer service top of mind.
  • Ensure continual safety in all activities and maintain and improve process efficiency and quality standards adherence.
  • Assist with supporting other distribution hubs as needed.
