Bay Area Concrete Inc Concrete Laborer in Traverse City, Michigan

Duties:

  • Perform various tasks related to residential poured wall concrete foundations as directed by the supervisor
  • Assist in the preparation and setup of concrete forms
  • Pour concrete using hand tools and equipment
  • Operate power tools such as saws, drills, and grinders
  • Assist in the installation of rebar and wire mesh reinforcement
  • Clean and maintain tools and equipment
  • Take down and clean concrete forms
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods of time
  • Familiarity with concrete finishing techniques is desired but not required
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment and follow instructions accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
  • Desire to learn the process of residential concrete installation
