Englewood Lab, Inc Account Executive - Cosmetic & Skincare Manufacturing in Totowa, New Jersey

Englewood LAB leads the industry among OEM and ODM manufacturing companies in OTC Cosmetics. We manufacture and develop products for more than 80 major brands and trusted partners. Englewood LAB brings extensive expertise in developing and manufacturing a variety of skin care products.

Responsibility Summary:

Support assigned customers, ensuring timely & accurate purchase, work and batch order maintenance. Act as liaison between assigned brands & all internal departments for repeat product orders. Support Customer Account Executive Supervisor issuing 3-month forward looking sales projection for assigned customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned accounts:

  • Develop, issue & have weekly communication with customer using PO tracker.

  • Monitor & facilitate the release of materials & finished goods to meet the committed date

  • Attend/forward batch/work order requirements to planning department weekly

  • Issue monthly MRP and excess inventory reports to customers

  • Initiate and provide pricing to customers for ancillary services as needed

  • Attend Gate-Review meetings & Line Trials as required.

  • Issue monthly status & statistical reports

  • Other duties assigned by manager.

Requirements

Qualifications/Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Communications, Marketing or a closely related business field

  • Industry experience a plus but not necessary

  • Customer focused

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

  • Detail oriented, good planning organizational and follow up skills.

  • Interpersonal skills: ability to interface with a wide variety of people and maintain a professional image.

  • Professional manner.

  • Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
