OandG Industries, Inc., an innovative and diversified construction company based out of Torrington, CT, is seeking anAssistant Facility Managerto join our team at ourStamfordMason facility. We are a highly respected leader in our field and ranked as one of the top construction firms in the Northeast.

The primary responsibility of this position will be to assist the facility manager in the day-to-day operations. This will include but is not limited to supervising and coordinating mason store staff and operations, including purchasing, inventory control, and sales activities for both retail and the supply yard.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated operational skills, experience leading high-performing teams, and impeccable customer service skills. Prior building products experience is highly preferred. Store management experience is helpful.
