Description

Be the champion to help train, deploy and incorporate all business rules and needs from the Business Team into the full configuration of the MRPI/MRPII/Forecasting modules. Must have prior experience with ERP enhancements and roll-outs (Project Management ERP solution is a must).

Align business requirements too continual improvement of the ERP system, configuration, reporting and internal internal/external enhancements.

Use of technology to help spearhead all metrics reporting across the enterprise on Inventory and related SCM metrics.

Be the SME Expert in SCM Module to align overall business inventory goals to the technology enhancement to help business drive success in pivotal area of the business.

Strategic Planning to assist with the following by providing solutions to support Master Production Scheduling and planning in MRP II

Develop, drive, and implement aggregate master schedules that optimize product availability, batch strategy, and adherence to inventory policy. Fully own and manage the Item Master planning, inventory and production configuration elements – working closing with PDM team.

Strategic Capacity planning to help with growth/expansion capacity planning (domestic + international)

Good technical acumen and ERP systems knowledge, and a strong database skill set (Access/SQL) and Excel background is required. Understanding technology and IT limitations is critical in managing improvement projects.

Excellent understating of Demand & Supply Planning Technology to assist the Business Team & Supply Chain Analyst to help setup, customization & solution validation of various modules

Continuous improvement and automation to meet business rules/needs. Work Closely with

Work with Solution Architect to setup data integrity policies & procedures

Requirements

7-8 years – Experience in End/End Supply Chain, ERP SCM SME, MRPI/II, Procurement, Logistics, Finance or similar function experience may include a combination of work experience and education

Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Supply Chain or other science / math related field, or equivalent work experience
