TEKsystems Roi Specialist in Torrance, California
Urgent Hire: Medical Records Clerk - Torrance, CA
Location: Torrance, CA (100% Onsite)
Pay: $20-21/hr (based on experience)
Must Haves:
Epic EMR experience
Medical records experience
Detail oriented
Description:
Complete release of information requests, including retrieving patient's medical chart and returning chart, scanning medical record and transmitting daily.
Date stamp all requests and highlight data to expedite processing.
Validate requests and authorizations for release of medical information in accordance with procedures.
Provide excellent customer service to patients and providers
Ensure that files are properly stored and maintained
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of ROI experience
EPIC is required
Strong customer service skills
Must maintain a high level of confidentiality / HIPPA
Experience Level:
Intermediate Level
