We are looking for AZ Drivers to work out of our Toronto Brewery on a part time basis on the midnight shift and possibly other shifts during the week when the opportunity arises. This is a full time temporary role which will include shunting trailers in our yard and all other duties as required. With the possibility to become a Full Time Employee. You must be willing and able to perform shift work.

This position reports to the Dispatcher Supervisor and works closely with our Warehouse Operations.

You must be available on a full-time basis, and available for Days, Afternoons and must be willing to perform shift work.

The Responsibilities:

  • Presents a professional attitude and appearance while at the same time acting as the first face our retailers see when our beer arrives; building strong and long-lasting professional relationships.

  • Completes assigned route in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner even during varying weather conditions, and working in challenging environments; this could include dealing with stairs, curbs, docks, tight parking lots etc.

  • Executes quality service for each account, including but not limited to:

  • Storage Activity

  • Delivery of MolsonCoors products

  • Store delivery

The Other Qualifications:

  • Valid Class AZ license (1 year experience minimal preferably)

  • Must be at least 23 years of age with a valid High School Diploma or GED required

  • Recent Driver Record Search- zero demerit points

  • Recent CVOR driver’s abstract

  • Airbrake Endorsement

  • 2-Year Endorsement, but not necessary as new drivers are welcome

  • Green Triangle (Green patched) safety footwear

  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the distributor’s priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and have a quick turnaround in our plans and strategy
