TEKsystems Program Manager - AI & Accessibility in Toronto, Ontario

Job Description

Responsible for support of large programs, creates appropriate documentation, including but not limited to: agendas, minutes, and capturing accomplishments. Develops supporting documentation and monitors timeliness and scheduled resources for projects, develops & reports on project metrics, project planning & scheduling, collation and alignment of status reports, ensures compliance with practices, policies, procedures, goals of project sponsors and approved methodologies.

About the team and the role:

The Regulatory Initiative has the mission to oversee the design and implementation of customer-centric solutions in response to new requirements resulting from new regulations. The team’s mission is to be customer-first and ensure any changes to our product or communications are delivering the best possible experience for the customer.

The team works cross-functionally with many teams in the organization (markets, legal, tax, product, marketing, customer support etc.) to ensure successful design and delivery of regulatory-driven changes with a customer focus in mind. We aspire to not only deliver against new requirements with the least customer

friction but, where possible, to solve long-standing customer problems.

This role reports to the Director, Regulatory Ops who is also based in San Jose. There will be a senior program manager, based in Toronto, reporting to and supporting this role

What you will accomplish:

• Lead End-to-End delivery of our solution to the requirements of the EU Artificial Intelligence and Accessibility Acts

• Develop a clear understanding of requirements and impact, working with Product, Legal, Government Relations, Finance, and Analytics Determine and implement the optimal solutions to meet those requirements, in close partnership with Product, Technology, Customer Service, Policy, Marketing and other teams across ongoing operational processes to ensure a smooth transition to ‘Run the business’ operations

• Superb management of Stakeholders; including working team, Steering and Exec sponsors

• Become a key part of the broader regulatory team, contributing beyond your specific regulations

What you will bring:

• Extensive experience successfully delivering 2 or more cross functional, highly complex change programs in another similar business

• Experience communicating complex topics to senior audiences, driving decision making, and involving all stakeholders appropriately.

Excellent English written and verbal reasoning and communication skills

• Ability to problem solve and execute operational topics, prioritize and reprioritize, understand and flag risks/ issues, manage stakeholders… all whilst being able to zoom out and think strategically about the bigger picture

• A great team player, who is energetic, flexible, and comfortable with navigating through ambiguity in a trust-based, human way

• Strong customer focus, attention to detail, and data driven mindset
