Are you an Experienced Bilingual Recruiter (French/English) who strives for a challenge and is a top performer? Would you be interested in an amazing track for upward mobility with excellent training and resources to help you succeed?

Our client is looking to add top talent to join our strong team of Experienced Recruiters where our focus is the recruitment of sales, HR, and leadership roles. As an Experienced Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of the talent relationship management process for exempt and non-exempt candidates. This may involve full cycle recruiting (screening, scheduling, interviewing, testing, managing the hiring manager relationship, negotiating, employment branding, benefit, and culture questions, and follow through after the candidate is hired).

**This is a T4 position and must be in the Greater Toronto area and willing to go to the office 1 day a week.

Required Experience:

3+ years of recruiting experience with leadership, sales, and various HR roles.

Fluent in English and French

Full cycle recruiting in an agency setting

Experience working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Experience:

Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree

Management: Experience or exposure to people or project management
