Overview
Join the Intuit Consumer Tax Group as an Executive Assistant Business Partner in the Toronto, ON office. Our team is growing rapidly and we need a partner to help coordinate and accelerate our teams! The Executive Assistant will support our product development leadership team in partnership with our wide range of stakeholders in Toronto and around the world.

10+ years work experience, 5+ years supporting executive leaders
Proficient in Google Docs/Sheets/Slides and/or Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
Proficient in Concur and smartsheets

How you will lead
Provide flawless administrative support to Intuit’s Consumer Tax Product Development Senior Leaders in the Toronto office. This is a fast-paced, rapid growth office and candidates must think fast on their feet, be a problem solver and detail oriented. Candidates will:
Provide day to day planning management (calendar, events, operations mechanisms)
Provide support for frequent travel planning and expense management for leaders
Interface directly with senior leaders within the company across multiple time zones
Handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature which require in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures
Partner across organizational boundaries to deliver critical outcomes
Plan team off-sites and other key events throughout year
Help collect information, create documents and materials where necessary to support key meetings
Successfully plan and execute on-boarding for new employees
This position will work closely with other Executive Admins to execute all deliverables for Intuit with excellence, including being a backup as needed
Managing hosted events for VP and Directors both on and off site
Intuit utilizes a hybrid working model that brings together the best of virtual work and in-person connections and collaboration. This position will be required to work an average of 3 days per week in the Toronto office
