Role: Manufacturing Administrator

Your Impact
Iris Power provides high-quality equipment and services to collect the information that customers need to effectively monitor large motors and generators. As part of the manufacturing team, the successful candidate will assist the team in day to day operations to ensure that customer orders are on time and complete
_Here’s where you’ll demonstrate your proficiencies: _
Creation and scheduling of work orders in Oracle ERP system
Preparation and completion of Product Workbooks
Day to Day purchasing of consumable materials for the Manufacturing team.
Participate in Continuous Improvement activities across the organization.
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Post Secondary School Diploma preferred. High School Diploma as a minimum.
Preferred Skills:
2-4 years relevant work experience is beneficial, but not required.
Must be fluent in English.
Knowledge of Oracle ERP an asset
Exceptional organization and time management skills.
Intermediate level skills in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to solve problems independently and within a Team.
Strong clerical skills including word processing and spreadsheets.
Must be able to multi-task, accept verbal instructions, and prioritize demands for time.
