The Headlines *:  *

In the role of Administrative Assistant (Mat leave) working in Toronto you will be part of the Sponsorship & Events Team .  You will provide administrative support for the National Sponsorship & Events (S&E) team. This includes supporting the Director of S&E while also taking on various requests from S&E Managers. Weekly tasks often related to budgeting, payment processing, financial compliance, Key District Events, and delighting customers and consumers. _  _  

This position reports to General Manager, On-Premise _ _ and works closely with S&E Managers, Coordinators, as well as the Ontario Sales Team as a whole.

The Responsibilities: _ _

Effectively perform all administrative duties including expenses, budget tracking and management, invoice processing, along with managing and tracking season tickets for customer and consumer requests.

*The Other Qualifications: *

  • You have completed post secondary education

  • You have at least 2 years experience in Administration

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Team player with a proactive approach and posses a sense of urgency.

  • Excellent oral and written communication.

  • Flexibility to deal with the demands of a dynamic environment.

  • Conducts themselves in a professional yet personal manner in all dealing with external and internal clients and is always approachable.

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
