Eaton Corporation Manufacturing Financial Analyst in Torino, Italy

Eaton's Mobility Group has an opening for a Manufacturing Financial Analyst who will support consolidation, analysis and reporting of financial result within Mobility Group EMEA Plants in Italy, France and Poland.

Directly reporting to the HQ & Manufacturing Controller, the Manufacturing Financial Analyst will also support month end closure, forecasting and budgeting processes.

What you’ll do:

  • Consolidation of Actual, Rolling Forecast and Profit Plan results

  • Variance Analysis of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet vs. prior forecast, Profit Plan and prior year

  • Support the annual Profit Plan and Strategic Plan process

  • Responsible to share monthly KPI to Mobility EMEA functional Leaders (Operations, Quality, SCM)

  • Support CI Cost Out report and ad hoc business cases

  • Interaction between plants and HQ for ad hoc requests

  • HQ ledger support for regional allocation process.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

  • 1-3 years experience in Finance preferred in large multi-national manufacturing organizations with complex matrix structures.

Skills:

  • Understanding of cost accounting principles and manufacturing operations

  • High level of proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Fluent in English and Italian

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skill set,

  • Effective communication skills, able to adapt approach when needed

  • Process & continuous improvement oriented
