Description

Responsibilities include working in our packaging department; ensuring material is wrapped according to customer specifications. Team members are responsible to carry out basic quality checks by following written work instructions. Hand stacking of steel and aluminum blanks, as needed. Maintain good housekeeping of work areas.

• Personal days- accrued 56 hours over the year

• Vacation awarded on your one year anniversary- forty (40) hours. Eight (80) hours on your 2 year anniversary.

• Nine (9) observed holidays- these are paid after completion of your probationary period

• Eligibility to participate in benefits, after 90 calendar days. Eligibility to participate in benefits, after 90 calendar days which includes Univera Healthcare/Health Savings Account, Delta Dental and VSP vision insurance. A full description of the offered will be provided at the time of orientation.

• 401k retirement savings plan - eligibility to participate upon completion of three months – company match at 6 months is 50% up to the first 6%.

Requirements

  • HS diploma or GED required. Previous experience in the manufacturing industry.

  • Crane Operating and/or Forklift experience is a plus.

  • Team player, self-starter, motivated.

  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.

  • Applicant must be able to pass physical exam and drug screen.

  • All candidates must have flexibility in work hours and able to work overtime.
