ASM Global Sales Manager in Toledo, Ohio

POSITION: Sales Manager

DEPARTMENT: Sales

REPORTS TO: General Manager

FLSA STATUS: Salaried Exempt

Summary

This individual will be responsible for performing all sales-related functions to meet and/or exceed the established sales goals for the Great Hall and sponsorships in the Theater.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Accomplish monthly and yearly sales goals by using Sales principles to promote the Great Hall as well as sponsorships and premium seating in the Theater.

  • Required to not only follow-up on Inbound leads but more importantly Outbound/Outreach of private event sales efforts.

  • Network with other ASM Global venues for sales strategies and tips.

  • Prepares estimate for rental of the Great Hall using established rate card for review by General Manager. Prepares contracts for clients for the Great Hall for General Manager approval.

  • Acts as the Event Coordinator for Great Hall events to ensure customer satisfaction and a successful event. Work in coordination with Bar Manager and Operations to prepare the event for the client. Works with outside vendors as needed.

  • Responsible for dealing with the Patron sponsorships and ensuring their continued partnership year after year as well as obtaining new sponsorships.

  • Responsible for monitoring and responding to customer service surveys for all events in the Theater and Great Hall through the Corporate approved vendor.
