At Bon Secours Mercy Health, we are dedicated to continually improving health care quality, safety and cost effectiveness. Our hospitals, care sites and clinicians are recognized for clinical and operational excellence.

Provides Early Head Start Home Visitation services to families with young children that cultivate and strengthen nurturing parent-child relationships, promote healthy childhood growth and development, and enhance family functioning by reducing risk and building protective factors.

Provides culturally sensitive home visitation services for families that promote positive parent-child interaction, child developmental skills, and

healthy and safety practices through the use of curriculum and other educational materials in accordance with best practices model

standards. Provides information, referrals, and linkages to available community resources. Links families to a medical provider to assure optimal health and development. Administers developmental assessment tools and screenings to monitor progress of child health and development and parent-child interaction

skills in accordance with timelines. Works with families to develop individualized family service plans and to meet stated goals. Maintains accurate and complete electronic, case files, and program records in accordance with timelines.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a Associate's Degree in social work or early childhood development or a related degree and equivalent coursework (i.e., at least four courses with infant/toddler content). Individuals who lack coursework and/or experience specifically in infant/toddler may be able to be hired if they agree to obtain a CDA or appropriate coursework per our funder within their first six months of being hired.
