Description:

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;

  • Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business;

  • Acting as a contact between a hotel and its existing and potential markets;

  • Gathering market and customer information;

  • Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;

  • Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;

  • In addition to the above functions, any other assignment / job given by the superior authority occasionally or on a daily basis are to be performed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field is advantageous.

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service.

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication skills.

  • Advanced language skills both in Japanese and English
