Description

Manage VCC Projects from TTL company point of view along with company resource in FTE/BME/EITF.

Develop and enrich organizational capability in project management and other skills that are detected as an

improvement area.

Major roles (Not always limited to below items – the assignment can be customized through P&D conversation)

Ÿ Project related:

1) Manage multiple projects from TTL company point of view

2) Lead Project Leaders to be the professional in Project Management

3) Proactively Monitor Progress of Project and Intervene in Project on PDCA cycle and Risk management.

4) Store learnings from the projects and make sure to pass them over to Project Leads as Company’s assets.

5) Lead short-term cross functional Project

Ÿ Resource related:

1) Manage Project FTE and BME/EITF based on Company Strategy/Priority

2) Train Budget Managers for precise budget management

3) Monitor budget trend and propose for optimization

Ÿ Others:

1) Develop the optimum streamlined Governance structure/process to meet agility and more delegation yet without compromising the quality of critical decision-making.

2) Once settled, operate the proposed governance (i.e. key meetings) properly and adjust

3) Responsible for development of New Hire under PMO

4) Plan and execute Tsumekomi Program

  • Very strong and clear verbal communication skills enough to facilitate discussions among Director level

  • Solid Workshop design and facilitation capabilities

  • Frequently communicate with project sponsors and leaders to provide appropriate support

  • Grasp by-project status deeply and escalate when any additional help is required

Qualifications

  • Basic communication skills

  • Japanese: Native

  • English: Fluent

  • Digital Readiness, such as Microsoft Project and Robotic Process Automation

  • PC skill

  • Excel: Good at using basic excel functions

  • Other MS office soft: Can develop biz. materials

  • B.S./ B.A. degree equal or above level knowledge

Desirable condition

  • Experience of cross functional Project Management

  • Experience of strategic planning

  • PM, PMP equal knowledge level
