Description

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and experienced Sr. Product Manager to lead initiatives in our Everyday Essentials category. In this role, you will:

• Drive the development/adoption of unique selling experience for Everyday Essential categories (e.g. Subscribe & Save) where customers purchase products on a regular basis.

• Expand FBA's fulfillment capabilities to support new Everyday Essentials categories like frozen foods.

• Enhance FBA service offerings to improve speed, cost and profitability

• Collaborate extensively with global operations, business, and technical teams to define, prioritize, and deliver new FBA features and services.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own key metrics relevant to Everyday Essential , ensuring timely reporting and developing insights about their evolution, as well as using advanced analytics to suggest new metrics.

  • Identify new opportunities and lay out the plan to drive Everyday Essential FBA business

  • Execute the plan by partnering with operations, tech, sales, marketing, and global stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years total experience in strategic planning and project management

  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving business performance

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work successfully with teams across organization and global teams

  • Demonstrated skills in managing complex processes with multiple business owners, making trade-offs against business priorities

  • Strong quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and opinions

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Japanese – business level / English – business level including verbal and written communications.

  • Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-Commerce, Supply Chain, Consulting, or Finance

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Logistics / Supply Chain / Mathematics / Science / Engineering

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
