We are hiring a Senior Program Manager who will be responsible for the growth of Amazon Japan's Entertainment Media business.

Entertainment Media, which consists of Music, DVD, Video Games and Software, is one of the most traditional but innovative product families in Amazon Japan. This position owns selection strategy for the entire Entertainment Media product catagories (CD and DVD, as well as Physical and digital Software and Video Games) through projects including: accelerating digital selection expansion, adopting new VX features, and improving brand/product registration processes.

The ideal candidate for this role will have strong project management skill, superb problem solving mental model, ability to think long-term, interpersonal skill to collaborate with global stakeholders, and above all, passion for the Entertainment Media business.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Tokyo, 13, JPN

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in consulting and/or account/vendor management is a plus
