Description

Amazon Prime & Delivery Experience (DEX) is seeking a customer-obsessed, innovative Senior Product Manager to drive innovations to further elevate the customer impact of our Delivery Speed offerings. The Speed and Convenience we offer represents the most important benefit of Amazon Prime - you will set the vision on our multi-year product roadmap to improve our Speed economics and customer experience.

This is a high visibility role and an advisor to VP level stakeholders. The leader has responsibilities to shape and own science based products and solutions such as shipping threshold and ship fees that affect the shopping journeys of millions of Amazon customers. These solutions will not just directly impact our Store PnL, but also allow us to continue offering an unparalleled level of Speed services at a sustainable cost to serve. The ideal leader is highly strategic and analytical, has experience working with complex economics and science partners, and able to widely earn trust and advocate for curve bending innovation initiatives across organizations.

Key job responsibilities

  • Drive the vision and deliver science based products;

  • Collaborate with diverse partner teams to build customer vision and product strategy;

  • Advise VP stakeholders on complex, technical subjects

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
