As a Senior Partner Manager, you will wear many hats. You must possess a unique combination of technical skills and business acumen as well as a do-what-it-takes attitude to ensure our partners are able to take full advantage of Alexa and are delivering a delightful end user experience.
You will be working with an assorted set of stakeholders, both internally at Amazon, and with some of our most strategic Automotive OEM partners. You will influence the roadmap and technology decisions that will drive future products and features that directly affect our growth in this critical space. A successful candidate is a motivator who can collaborate across internal and external organizations, with the ability to influence senior leadership of both.

The ideal candidate can focus clearly on delivery to automotive manufacturers and end customers. The candidate has experience managing complete product development cycles and possesses superior product judgment. Qualified candidates have experience defining projects and features, collecting requirements, writing detailed functional and technical specifications, coordinating large cross functional projects and schedules, as well as analyzing cost/benefit of feature selection and communicating results throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
Respond to partner request for quotations (RFQ) or similar requests with appropriate documentation
Lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts with internal teams and external partners
Scope and deliver large projects end-to-end
Drive project schedules from design to release
Make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market
Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams
Develop tools and processes that streamline integration
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
5+ years of professional or military experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
