The Role
Kyndryl Consult領域の中規模プロジェクトから、大規模 もしくは複雑なプロジェクト、または複数の技術領域が関連するプロジェクトを担当する 幅広いレベルのプロジェクトマネージャー 中規模から、大規模または複雑なプロジェクトやプログラムを、キンドリルと顧客の両方の財務目標を達成するために成功させる
Description：
システムインフラ構築領域における、システムインテグレーションプロジェクトの上流検討、PM/SE業務として、以下レベルのProject Managerを募集します。
＜Tier.1-Advisory Project Manager＞
システムインフラ構築のプロジェクトマネージャーとして、要件定義工程から各種テスト工程までの一連の工程を牽引できる方。 プロジェクトのQCD（Quality/Cost/Delivery）を明確化し、顧客との各種交渉/調整を牽引できる方。 プライムベンダーとして顧客との各種交渉・調整事項において、最前線に立ってプロジェクトを牽引できる方。 プロジェクトの成功に影響を与えるリスクを軽減し、問題を解決するために、積極的に予測し、行動を起こせる方。 過去プロジェクト経験を生かし、ソリューションプロセスや手法の改善を推進できる方。 プロジェクトマネージャーとしてのコアスキル、サクセススキルを維持/向上するために継続的な学習ができる方。
Capability/Experience：
＜Tier.1-Advisory Project Manager＞
システム開発/構築プロジェクトにおいて、プロジェクトマネージャーとして3年以上且つ、複数のお客様に対してプロジェクトマネジメントを実施した実績。 10名以上のプロジェクトを牽引した実績。 プロジェクト・マネジメント技法を体系的に理解しており、要件定義工程からシステムリリースまでの一連の工程を牽引し、成功させた実績。
＜歓迎（WANT）＞
・アプリケーション開発プロジェクトのプロジェクトマネジメント経験 複数の業種業界でのプロジェクトマネジメント経験
・アジャイル開発技法（スクラム・リーン等）でのプロジェクトマネジメント経験 社内外におけるプロジェクト・マネジメント関連のギブバック活動に積極的で、複数の実績
Who You Are
Skill：
＜Tier.1-Advisory Project Manager＞
以下プロジェクトマネジメントに関する外部資格を有すること。または同等の能力を有することが望ましい。
・PMI-PMP
・ Prince2 Practitioner
・IPMA Level B
＜歓迎（WANT）＞
・CSP-SM (Certified Scrum Professional-ScrumMaster)
・PSM (Professional Scrum Master)
・RSM (Registered Scrum Master) ・PMI-ACP
